is a wordwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
for all uses in streaming audio formats such as Realaudio, Quicktime,
Shockwave and Flash movies. License especially suitable for

Theatrical movie, film festival, national public radio and
tv broadcasting use can be negotiated.
You can use the licensed music for
a single audio-visual production or website. You can't use or sell
the music separate by your production or website. Anyway, by purchasing
the music included in this website, you agree that the composer,
Antonio Genovino owns the full copyright and publishing rights.
After you pay for your order your license will be effective.
You will receive the license signed by the composer by priority
mail in a few days. You can not transfer, resell or assign this
license to anyone else.
